FANFARO has established itself as a dynamic player in the global lubricant industry, backed by a heritage that stretches back to 1962. While our roots run deep, our focus is firmly on the future. For over two decades, automotive professionals and enthusiasts around the world have relied on our products to keep their engines running at peak performance.
A pivotal moment in our history was the acquisition of the Klaipeda oil plant by SCT-Vertriebs GmbH in 2003. This was not just a change of ownership; it was the start of a massive transformation. Through extensive modernization, this facility has become the world-class production hub that powers the FANFARO brand today.
THE NEW PACKAGING DESIGN
FANFARO is constantly evolving. In 2024, we unveiled a completely refreshed brand identity to reflect our modern approach. This extensive redesign project, which is currently being rolled out across our entire product range, presents the new generation of our signature stylish green canisters.
We have focused on clarity and minimalism. The new packaging features distinct circular design elements and an intuitive icon system, designed to help customers identify the perfect product for their needs instantly. Juri Sudheimer was actively involved in this development process to ensure the design is not just stylish, but informative. This modern, light design language ensures that FANFARO stands out on the shelf, combining our traditional identity with contemporary usability.

The strategic direction of FANFARO is shaped by the vision of our founder and owner, Juri Sudheimer. Under his leadership, the brand is steered globally from our headquarters in Wedel (Germany), Klaipėda (Lithuania), and Dubai (UAE). This international network ensures seamless coordination between locations, allowing FANFARO to operate efficiently on a global scale.
Juri Sudheimer’s strategy focuses on vertical integration and technological superiority, giving FANFARO a competitive edge. Moreover, his personal passion for motorsport and automotive culture ensures that we don't just manufacture oil—we engineer solutions that meet the real-world demands of drivers and mechanics.
OWN PRODUCTION & LAB EXPERTISE
To ensure consistent quality for our customers worldwide, we don't just blend oil; we control the entire value chain. Our production network covers 70,000 m² with a tank capacity of 65 million liters.
Our manufacturing process is rigorous and fully managed in-house. It begins with a patented mixing procedure that ensures the optimal blending of base oils with additives. Every batch then undergoes a comprehensive three-stage quality check according to strict ASTM standards: we test the chemical composition immediately after blending, monitor stability during storage, and perform a final specification check before bottling. To maintain long-term quality standards, we archive samples for up to three years. Furthermore, we even produce our own plastic and metal packaging, allowing us to uphold high availability and ensure that every bottle meets our ergonomic requirements.
POWERED BY SCT ESTER TECHNOLOGY
Adapted from aviation engineering, our proprietary SCT ESTER technology brings high-performance standards to the road. These synthetic esters utilize a unique polarity to act like magnets, adhering firmly to metal surfaces. This creates a dense, durable protective film that minimizes friction and wear, ensuring aviation-grade thermal stability and extended engine life even under the most extreme loads.
